3nd ANNUAL 5K WALK RUN Saturday, October 17, 2009 Pre-registration begins at 8 a.m. Race begins at 9 a.m.
HOW TO REGISTER: (registration fee $25) 1. Download Race application (Run Brochure)and mail your registration fee of $25 and signed wiaver to OLMA, 815 Convent Road, Syosset, NY 11791. 3. There is a demonstration on how to register on-line on the Video Mercy Morning News 5KRun. You can view the video by clicking the Video Collection on the OLMA homepage and scrolling down to the Mercy Morning 5KRun video. The actual demonstration is three minutes into the Mercy Morning News Video. HOW TO FUNDRAISE: 1. Create your own personalized Web e-letter and ask friends and family to sponsor you by setting up your own fundraising page at www.firstgiving.com/olma. 2. Collect money yourself and return it to OLMA. You will be credited for the amount you raise by bringing in cash or checks.
